General

What is PaHarsha?

A B2B marketplace connecting buyers with verified suppliers in Zimbabwe. Post what you need, get quotes from suppliers, compare them side by side, and track the order from approval through delivery — all in one place.

Is PaHarsha free to use?

Yes. Registering, posting requests, listing products and browsing don't cost anything. PaHarsha earns a small commitment fee only when a buyer accepts a quote (see Payments below). Optional Silver and Gold plans exist for suppliers who want more listing room or visibility, but nothing about using the marketplace requires one.

Do I have to be a formally registered business to join?

No. PaHarsha has two verification badges specifically so both formally registered businesses and informal traders can build trust with buyers — see Verification & Trust below.

Should I register as a buyer, a supplier, or both?

Pick whichever matches most of what you'll do — buyers post requests for quotes, suppliers list products and respond to them. If your business ends up doing both, you can add the other role later from Your Account without creating a second account.

For Buyers

How do I request a quote?

Use "Request a quote" in the header, or search what you need from the homepage. Describe the item, quantity and city, and suppliers who trade in that category can respond with pricing and delivery terms.

How do I compare and accept a quote?

Every quote on your request shows price, delivery time and terms side by side. Accepting one creates an order and marks the others as not selected for that request, so it's worth comparing properly before you approve — it can't be undone.

What happens after I accept a quote?

PaHarsha opens an order and charges the commitment fee. Once that's paid, the order moves through Paid → In transit → Delivered, with messaging open to the supplier throughout — and you can leave a rating once it's delivered.

For Suppliers

How do I list a product?

From your dashboard, go to My products → Add product. A Free account can have up to 5 active listings at a time; Silver raises that to 20 and Gold to 50.

How do I get matched to buyer requests?

Add the categories you trade in from Your Account, and matching requests will show up in your Requests for Quotes list. Silver and Gold suppliers also get an email the moment a new one is posted in their category, instead of having to check back.

What is a priority tender?

Occasionally PaHarsha flags a particularly large or notable request as a priority tender — visible, and open to quoting, only to Gold-tier suppliers.

Verification & Trust

What do the Blue and Yellow badges mean?

Blue is for businesses formally registered in Zimbabwe and requires a registration number. Yellow is for informal traders and only requires a named contact person and a physical address. PaHarsha staff review both before the badge shows on a profile.

Does verification cost anything?

No — apply any time from Your Account. A badge isn't a legal certification or a guarantee of quality; it just means PaHarsha reviewed the basic details for consistency, so use your own judgement too, especially on larger orders.

How do ratings work?

Once an order is marked delivered, both the buyer and the supplier can leave each other a 1-5 star rating with an optional comment. Ratings build up on a company's profile over time and aren't affected by switching account type or plan.

Payments & Subscriptions

What is the commitment fee, and does PaHarsha handle payment for the goods?

The commitment fee is the only payment PaHarsha itself collects — 7% of the quoted total, or 5% above $10,000, charged to the buyer once a quote is accepted. It isn't a deposit toward the goods: the order total itself is agreed and settled directly between buyer and supplier, however they choose to pay each other.

Can I get a refund on the commitment fee?

If a supplier doesn't deliver as agreed, report it from your Orders page and PaHarsha's help desk reviews it. Reports involving a verified supplier are fast-tracked, but a refund is never ruled out just because a supplier isn't verified.

What are the Silver and Gold plans, and how do I pay for one?

Optional supplier upgrades: more listings and category alerts on Silver; those plus a featured badge, priority tenders, advanced analytics and — on the annual plan — a reduced 3% commitment fee on Gold. Pay by EcoCash or bank transfer and submit the reference from the Subscribe page; PaHarsha staff confirm and activate it, usually the same day. See Pricing for the full breakdown.

Support & Safety

Is my data safe on PaHarsha?

The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored as salted hashes, and access to verification and payment details is limited to staff who need it to review an application or a dispute. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.

How do I deactivate or delete my account?

Both options are in Your Account, under Danger Zone. Deactivating hides your listings and blocks sign-in but is reversible by contacting support; deleting erases your company's data immediately if you have no order history, or is handled as a support request if you do.

How do I get help?

Message us on WhatsApp or call the number in the header from any page, or email admin@paharsha.store. An issue with a specific order — like a commitment fee dispute — is best reported straight from that order on your Orders page, so it routes directly to the help desk.
